We aim to deliver between 9 and 14 servings of contemporary Australian cuisine designed to evoke senses and challenge the imagination along the way. Starting with a beautiful selection of small bites and progressing towards more substantial courses we often have on offer extra delicious things that can be either addition to an existing course or a whole new course. That gives our guests the freedom to tailor the menu towards what they feel like eating, creating a more personal experience.
The best seat in the house! As the name says, in the chefs bar you get all the kitchen action front row. If you love watching the chefs working thats for sure your cup of tea. For groups of up to 3 guests the chefs table is designed to offer an interactive & personable overall experience. Just keep in mind that you will be sitting side by side. Guests on this table will enjoy the comforts of solid oak dining table completely customised and crafted for Amaru’s Dining room by Australian designer Ross Didier. Last but not least is our hand built Italian dining stools, commissioned with a customised leather to suit the undertones of the space. Diners choosing this option will receive the extended menu inclusive of any specialty ingredient supplements.

Our space is warm and intimate. Most of our tables have a view of our open kitchen. Single diners, couples, and groups of up to 8 guests can be accomodated in our dining room.
Most dietary requirements can be catered for but must be notified in advance. Failing to do so may present limited options on the day.
We accept reservations 3 months in advance. Credit card details are requested for dinner reservations.
Exclusive venue buy out is a great way to celebrate a special occasion and or intimate event, we can customise the restaurant layout to suit your occasion and any other preferences.
